APRIL 4, 2023...a very good day

Janet Protasiewicz won the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, making this the first time in fifteen years the court will have a liberal majority. In the next year this court is likely to reverse the state's abortion ban and end the use of gerrymandered legislative maps drawn by republicans. This is likely to have seismic consequences for both the presidential election and which party controls the House of Representatives come 2024. 

Thank you to everyone who wrote postcards, made phone calls, and sent texts. Our efforts reached most, if not all, likely Democratic voters. What we do matters. This race may have looked like a landslide, but without all your hard work this outcome would not have been possible.
