What’s next?
They have two weeks to negotiate serious guard rails on ICE before they pass the DHS budget.
HOW TOUGH WILL THOSE GUARD RAILS BE?
It depends on how hard they push. Which means it depends on how hard we push.
The next two weeks will be critical.
It's time to demand that ICE be held accountable. Since Trump took office: 8 people have been killed by ICE shootings, 32 people have died in detention in 2025, more than 70% of those detained have no criminal record. I demand you vote NO on any additional funding for ICE. Support the Unmask Ice Act, support independent investigations into ICE killings.
